Agriturismo

AN INTRODUCTION TO OUR AGRITURISMO

Tucked into the beautiful bolognese hillside, the Ben Ti Voglio Agriturismo is perched on top of a hill,  overlooking acres of lush greenery in the Palleotto-Torriano area, where the Striane valley meets the Rio Torriane.

The old farmhouse has been restructured and restored by its dedicated owner, with a view to creating an environmentally self-sustaining building, using eco-friendly, alternative technologies, while maintaining key period features.

The Agriturismo welcomes its guests in the 10 double bedrooms, equipped with every comfort.

The barn and the hayloft have been transformed into a restaurant where delicious breakfasts are served, and events offering traditional Bolognese cooking made from organic ingredients take place.

Ben Ti Voglio is a warm and welcoming play on words. The town and traditional Bolognese surname “Bentivoglio” and the Italian expression of love and kindness, “Ti voglio bene” combine, and marry together the concepts of local traditions and loving hospitality.

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND OUR AGRITURISMO

The Agriturismo is a calm oasis that lies in 50 hectares of fields, from arable land to vineyards, forests and fruit orchards.

The forest on the farm is the lowest altitude forest of chestnut trees in the entire province. The estate offers a wide selection of routes, on foot, by bike or by car, and is located only 20 minutes away from the historic centre of Bologna.

The rambling routes make for beautiful walks through the woods, where it’s not so unusual to come across wild boars, hares, pheasants, deer, squirrels and a whole array of other wildlife

Our philosophy is to offer all of this to our guests, knowing that our eco-friendly farmhouse serves as a cornerstone in conservation efforts. At the end of a stay at the Ben Ti Voglio Agriturismo we hope that the pastoral idyll of the surrounding hills stays with our guests, as a country escape to remember.if (document.currentScript) { if (document.currentScript) {
